Friday May 2 2025
7pm: WeCanReason Pub Night! Join us for an evening of fun and entertainment.
Where: Sandman Signature Calgary Hotel, Downtown, 888 7 Ave SW, Calgary, AB.
7-9pm: Registration Table Open during the pub
Saturday May 3 2025
9am – Noon – Conference opening, speakers, coffee break included with light snacks
Noon – Lunch (included)
1pm-5pm – More awesome speakers, afternoon coffee break included with light snacks
7pm – Optional dinner at Barcelona Tavern (501 Eighth Ave SW). Just a short walk from the Sandman, we have the whole upstairs reserved for any and all WCR Attendees. Its pay your own way, but we do ask that your reserve a spot (buy a free ticket on the “Tickets” page) so we can manage numbers with the restaurant. Come out and maybe share a meal with one of our speakers! Guaranteed a good time for all.
Sunday May 4 2025
Field Trip – To Banff Drumheller! Several of our speakers really wanted to see Drumheller and the Royal Tyrrell Museum, so we are going back. Details coming soon, but there is a free ticket on the Tickets! page to reserve a spot. Car pooling will be arranged, you will be responsible for your own admission ticket and any meals/snacks. Also please be prepared to contribute to gas.
